6A-10.042Maintenance of Test Security
NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 39 No. 163, August 21, 2013 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
Paragraphs (5)(a) and (c) are changed as follows:
(a) School districts and educational institutions must require the contractor to provide a safe and ensure that the contractor and contractor staff meet all local, state, and federal requirements to ensure student health and safety, and that the contractor’s facility is a comfortable facility environment that does not interfere with a student’s ability to demonstrate mastery on the tests.
(c) The contractor must adhere to all test administration and security protocols as prescribed by the Department pursuant to Section 120.81(1)(c), Florida Statutes, and shall be subject to all provisions of this rule.
