NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Florida Public Service Commission that Peoples Gas System’s petition for waiver of paragraphs 25-17.003(3)(a) and (b), Florida Administrative Code, filed May 28, 2019, in Docket No. 20180186-GU - Petition for approval of demand side management goals and residential customer assisted and commercial walk-through energy audit programs, by Peoples Gas System, was approved by the Commission by Order No. PSC-2019-0361-PAA-GU, issued August 26, 2019, consummated by Order No. PSC-2019-0390-CO-GU, issued September 20, 2019. The rule addresses the scope of energy audits to be offered by utilities subject to the Florida Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act. The petition was approved on the basis that the purpose of the underlying statute would be achieved by other means and application of the rule would create substantial hardship. Notice of the petition was published in the FAR on June 5, 2019.
