Notice of Intention to Consider Adoption of County Ordinance
The Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida gives notice of a proposed ordinance governing a telecommunications company placing or maintaining facilities in its roads or rights-of-way.
PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD:
DATE AND TIME: Wednesday, October 19, 2016, 3:00 p.m.
PLACE: Marathon Government Center, 2798 Overseas Highway, Marathon, FL 33050
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: The proposed ordinance amends the Monroe County Code to provide definitions, reasonable rules and regulations and permitting requirements relating to communication facilities within the County right-of-way.
