Group 2 Compliance Economic Review Reports – Final
Pursuant to the requirements of Section 120.745, F.S., the Department of Citrus has completed a Compliance Economic Review Report for each rule and rule subpart identified as “Group 2” by the Department in the Enhanced Biennial Review Report. In accordance with Sections 120.745(7)(b)2. and 3., F.S., having received no inquiries, public comments, and/or objections pertaining to the publication of the Department’s “Group 2” Compliance Economic Review Reports, the Department is providing the Final Report to the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee and the Rules Ombudsman.
