NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Department of Economic Opportunity has issued an order disposing of the petition for declaratory statement filed by Town of Cutler Bay, Florida regarding the application of Section 163.31801, Florida Statutes and the Florida Impact Fee Act concerning the “affidavit” of the “Chief Financial Officer” of local government. on June 30, 2020.
