PURPOSE AND EFFECT: Section 23 of Chapter 2020-150, Laws of Florida, made changes to the priority ranking of grant applications in the Small Community Sewer Construction Assistance Act, s. 403.1838, F.S. Rulemaking is necessary to incorporate those changes and the Department will make other changes to clarify and update the program’s procedures and requirements for making loans to local governments and eligible utilities.

SUBJECT AREA TO BE ADDRESSED: Rules of Chapter 62-505, F.A.C, will be revised to update the procedures and requirements for administering the Small Community Sewer Construction Assistance Grants, in accordance with state law.
