NOTICE OF CORRECTION
Notice is hereby given that the following correction has been made to the proposed rule in Vol. 46 No. 28, February 11, 2020 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The changes are in response to written comments submitted by the staff of the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee. The following statements in the published notice should read:
PURPOSE AND EFFECT: To update the rules governing enforcement of the Clean Indoor Air Act to define evidence and set fines for vaping in violation of the Act and to update the application form for approval of a smoking cessation program to include vaping as required by recently enacted legislation.
SUMMARY: This rulemaking updates the rules governing investigating and documenting evidence of vaping in violation of the Clean Indoor Air Act, sets fines for such violations and amends the form to apply for approval of a cessation program to include vaping in addition to smoking as required by recently enacted legislation.
