The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On June 11, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting the waiver from subsection 67-32.006(8) F.A.C. for MBCDC: The Allen, LLC, to allow the Petitioner to submit its EHCL financial certification within nine months of the end of its September 30, 2019 fiscal year rather than the financial certification deadline as described in paragraph 15(g)(i) of its EHCL Loan Agreement. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The revised petition was filed on May 12, 2020 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on May 13, 2020 in Vol. 46, Number 94 F.A.R.
