NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on July 19, 2018, the Department of Health received an Emergency Petition for Variance from 3 Boys Farm LLC. The petition seeks a variance from the requirements of Rules 64-4.004 and 64-4.005, F.A.C., with regard to the requirement for a Medical Marijuana Treatment Center to begin dispensing product within 210 days of receipt of authorization to begin cultivation or have its approval revoked.
