NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 126, June 30, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register.
The change is in response to comments submitted by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee in a letter dated July 8, 2015. The change is as follows:

(1) All contracts entered into between a manager and a participant shall utilize Form BPR-0009-451, “Letter of Agreement Between Participant and Manager,” revised April, 2015, adopted and incorporated herein by reference, which may be obtained from the Commission Board office, http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-05437 or at http://www.myfloridalicense.com/dbpr/pro/sbc/documents/451_letter_of_agreement_part_and_man.pdf.
