The subject areas to be addressed include the FDEP’s RBCA guidance documents, in particular the “Technical Report: Development of Cleanup Target Levels (CTLs) for Chapter 62-777, F.A.C. (February 2005)”. Additional subject areas to be addressed include the site assessment process, fate and transport modeling and statistical methods, the risk assessment process including the criteria for allowing the use of probabilistic risk assessment, and the criteria for achieving the “No Further Action” status at contaminated sites (with or without controls).
