The purpose of this rule is to incorporate by reference the Florida Medicaid Targeted Case Management for Children at Risk of Abuse and Neglect Coverage and Limitations Handbook, August 2006. The handbook contains the policies and procedures for the Targeted Case Management for Children at Risk of Abuse and Neglect Program. The effect will be to incorporate the Florida Medicaid Targeted Case Management for Children at Risk of Abuse and Neglect Coverage and Limitations Handbook, August 2006, into rule.
