34-12.150. Exclusion for Category One Purchases

Effective on Tuesday, January 4, 1994

1“Lobbyist” does not include a person who lobbies to procure a contract pursuant to Chapter 287, F.S., which contract does not exceed category one as provided in Section 29287.017(1)(a), F.S.
