40D-9.311. Penalties

Effective on Wednesday, June 23, 2021

1(1) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter is subject to ejection from the premises and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

25(2) Any person who is ejected more than once from District Lands may be barred from applying for any permit or Special Use Authorization contemplated by this chapter for a period of up to five years.

61(3) The penalties identified in these rules do not supersede other remedies available to the District at law and/or in equity.
