153ER07-38 2Instant Game Number 703, BLACKJACK BONUS.
8(1) Name 10of Game. 12Instant Game 14Number 703, “BLACKJACK BONUS.”
18(2) Price. 20BLACKJACK BONUS lottery tickets sell for $1.00 per ticket.
29(3) BLACKJACK BONUS lottery tickets shall have a series of numbers in machine readable code (or bar code) on the back of the ticket, along with a validation number under 59the latex area on the ticket. 65To be a valid winning BLACKJACK BONUS lottery ticket, the ticket must meet the applicable requirements of Rule 53ER0684-854, F87.A.C88.

145(9) Determination of Prizewinners.
149(a) There are four hands on a ticket. Players may win in 161one or more hands per ticket. 167The value assigned to Aces is 11 and the value assigned to Jacks, 180Queens 181and Kings is 10. A ticket having two cards in the “PLAYER HANDS” area of one hand, the total of which is greater than the number in the “DEALER’S TOTAL” play area, shall entitle the claimant to the corresponding prize s222hown for that hand. 226A ticket having two cards in the “BONUS HAND” area, the total of which is greater than the number in the “DEALER’S TOTAL” play area, shall entitle the claimant to all 4 prizes.
259(b) The prizes are: TICKET, $1.00, $2.00, $3.00, $5.00, $10.00, $20.00, $27125.00, $50.00, $100 and $2,100. 277A claimant who is entitled to a prize of a “TICKET” shall be entitled to a prize of a $1.00 inst298ant ticket, except as follows. 303A person who submits by mail a BLACKJACK BONUS lottery ticket which entitles the claimant to a prize of a $1.00 instant ticket and whose mailing address is outside the state of 335Florida 336will receive a check for $1.00 in lieu of an actual ticket.

528(11) The estimated overall odds of winning some prize in Instant 539Game Number 703 are 1 in 3.87. 546Prizes, including the top prizes, are subject to availability at 556the time of ticket purchase. 561Prizes may be unavailable due to prior sale or other causes occurring in the normal course of business including, but not limited to, ticket d586amage, defect, theft, or loss.
591(12) For reorders of Instant Game Number 703, the estimated odds of winning, value, and number of prizes shall be proportionate to the number of tickets reordered.
618(13) By purchasing a BLACKJACK BONUS lottery ticket the player agrees to comply with and abide by all prize payment rules of the Florida Lottery.
643(14) Payment of prizes for BLACKJACK BONUS lottery tickets shall be made in accordance with rules of the Florida Lottery gover664ning payment of prizes.
