1(1) This general permit authorizes fish and wildlife harvesting devices and activities such as pound nets, crab traps, crab dredging, eel pots, lobster traps, duck blinds, and clam and oyster digging, fish aggregating devices (for research purposes only), and small fish attraction devices.
44(2) This general permit does not authorize:
51(a) Artificial reefs.
54(b) Impoundments and semi-impoundments of state-assumed waters for the culture or holding of motile species such as lobster.
72(c) The use of covered oyster trays or clam racks.
82(d) Placement of materials for Live Rock culture.
90(e) Harvesting of Live Rock.
