62-528. Underground Injection Control |
1(1) A general permit is hereby granted for the construction of a closed-loop air conditioning return flow well or noncontact, closed-loop thermal exchange system well, with no provision for additives, described in subparagraph 3462-528.630(2)(a)1., 35F.A.C., that has been designed in accordance with the standards and criteria set forth in Rule 5162-528.605, 52F.A.C., provided that notice to the Department under subsection 6162-4.530(1), 62F.A.C., is submitted on Form 6762-528.900(7).
68(2) This general permit is subject to the general conditions of Rule 8062-4.540, 81F.A.C., and the following specific conditions:
87(a) Within thirty days of completion of construction, the permittee or his engineer of record shall certify to the Department that the permitted construction is complete and that it was done in accordance with the plans submitted to the Department.
127(b) This general permit is limited to closed-loop systems as defined in sub-subparagraph 14062-528.300(1)(e)1.a., 141F.A.C., with no provisions for additives.
147(3) Subsections 14962-528.630(3) 150through (6), F.A.C., apply to wells operating under a general permit.
