62-531. Water Well Contractor Licensing Requirements |
1(1) It is unlawful for any person to commit a violation specifically enumerated in Sections 16373.336(1), F.S. 18W19hen the Department, Districts, or delegated permitting authority finds a person has violated rules of the Department or Water Management District, or Part III, Chapter 373, F.S., th47e person shall be subject to an order imposing one or more of the penalties and corrective actions established in the 68Water Well Construction Disciplinary Guidelines and Citations Dictionary, effective date 6-22-14, adopted and incorporated by reference herein. 117(2) It is unlawful for a business entity to commit a violation specifically enumerated in Section 133373.336(2), F.S. 135W136hen 137the Department, Districts, or delegated permitting authority finds 145a business entity has violated rules of the Department or Water Management District, or Part III, Chapter 373, F.S., the person shall be subject to an order imposing one or more of the penalties and corrective actions established in the 185Water Well Construction Disciplinary Guidelines and Citations Dictionary, effective date 6-22-14.
196(3) It shall be a violation of this rule for any licensed contractor, or any individual attempting to obtain a license or having a revoked, suspended, or inactive license, to commit one of the grounds for disciplinary action specifically enumerated in Section 238373.333, F.S. 240W241hen 242the Department, Districts, or delegated permitting authority 249finds a 251licensed contractor, or any individual attempting to obtain a license or having a revoked, suspended, or inactive license 269has violated rules of the Department or Water Management District, or Part III, Chapter 373, F.S., the person shall be subject to an order imposing one or more of the fines and diciplinary actions established in the 306Water Well Construction Disciplinary Guidelines and Citations Dictionary, effective date 6-22-14.
317(4) The Department, Districts or delegated permitting authorities shall provide for disciplinary action in accordance with the Water Well Construction Disciplinary Guidelines and Citations Dictionary, effective date 6-22-14, and as provided for in Sections 351373.333 352and 353373.336, F.S.
