64B16-26.1002. Initial License Fees

Effective on Tuesday, November 24, 2009

1(1) The initial license fee for a pharmacist license shall be $190 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Section 22456.065(3), F.S.

24(2) The initial license fee for a consultant pharmacist license shall be $50 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Section 46456.065(3), F.S.

48(3) The initial license fee for a nuclear pharmacist license shall be $50 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Section 70456.065(3), F.S.

72(4) The initial registration fee for a registered pharmacy technician shall be $50 plus a $5 unlicensed activity fee pursuant to Section 94456.065(3), F.S.
