64E-5.346. Reports of Planned Special Exposures

Effective on Saturday, January 1, 1994

1The licensee or registrant shall submit a written report to the department within 30 days following any planned special exposure as specified in Rule 2564E-5.309, 26F.A.C., informing the department that a planned special exposure was conducted and indicating the date the planned special exposure occurred and the information required by Rule 5264E-5.338, 53F.A.C.
