65C-45.011. Supports for all Levels of Licensure

Effective on Sunday, April 26, 2020

1(1) Community-based care lead agencies and their contracted providers will provide ongoing support to licensed out-of-home caregivers. Support can include but is not be limited to:
27(a) Access to foster parent support groups;

34(b) Service resources for children placed in the home;

43(c) Foster Parent mentors; and

48(d) Service resources for caregivers53.

54(2) Contact shall be made to the licensed caregiver at least quarterly.
