67-57.020. Notice of funding Availability (NOFA)

Effective on Tuesday, July 2, 2019

1(1) The Corporation shall post NOFAs, which advise of the availability and set-asides of HOP funding, on the Corporation’s Website at 22https://www.floridahousing.org/programs/homebuyer-loan-program-wizards/homeownership-pool-(hop)-program/important-announcements 23and publish in the F.A.R.

28(2) Funding will be made available in the form of reservations for Eligible Homebuyers on a first-come, first-served basis.
