1The purpose of the rules in this part is to establish procedures for photographing insurance representatives licensed by the Department under the provisions of Chapters 626, 627, 632, 635, 637, 638, 641, 642, and 648, F.S. The photograph will be part of the license document and will serve to identify both licensed insurance representatives and the business they are authorized to transact under the license.
