69V-560.706. Records to be Maintained by Authorized Vendors
Effective on Tuesday, January 13, 2009
1(1) Every authorized vendor of a money transmitter 9or payment instrument seller 13shall maintain at the location registered with the Office all records required by Section 27560.211(1), F.S., 29and Rules 3169V-560.70232through 69V-560.70343, 35F.A.C., for at least 39540years, unless a longer period of time is required by federal or state law or regulations. Any readily accessible and retrievable form is acceptable, in lieu of maintaining original documents.
70(2) Every authorized vendor of a money transmitter 78or payment instrument seller 82shall maintain at all times a copy of the written agreement between the money transmitter 97or payment instrument seller 101and the authorized vendor. It will only be necessary for the agreement to be maintained at the authorized vendor’s primary business address. Such agreements shall be made available to Office personnel upon request.
