73B-21. Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission; General Procedures |
1(1) By written decision, the Commission shall affirm, modify, or reverse the referee’s decision, or shall remand the matter to the appeals referee with instructions.
26(2) A copy of the order shall be mailed to the last known address of each of the parties or their representatives. The copies mailed to the parties shall include a notice advising them of their right to review of the order by the district courts of appeal.
74(3) The designated Clerk of the Commission shall certify that the order was filed by the Clerk and was mailed to the parties at their last known addresses.
