9B-13.0041. Thermal Efficiency Standards Adopted (Transferred)

Effective on Sunday, March 1, 2009

1(1) The Florida Energy Efficiency Code for Building Construction, 102007 Edition 12(the Code), 14is hereby adopted by reference19. The 21Florida Building Commission 24shall revise, update and maintain the Code.

31(2) A copy of the above referenced Code as amended has been filed with these rules with the Secretary of State. The Code is also available for reference and inspection at the Department offices in Tallahassee, Division of Housing and Community Development, 2555 Shumard Oak Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32399-2100.
