20-107.002. General Provisions

Effective on Tuesday, July 29, 2003

1The Department of Citrus desires patent protection for inventions and discoveries conceived or developed by, or in cooperation with, staff while employed by the Department and recognizes the relative rights and equities of all parties concerned with regard to inventor assignments and royalties.
