20-48.009. Failure to Perform Under Targeted VAP Agreement

Effective on Thursday, February 3, 2000

1If participant and/or retailer fails to perform in accordance with Targeted VAP Agreement or otherwise fails to properly file claim, Department shall notify participant that claims will be reduced to reflect actual performance.
