61D-14. Pari-Mutuel Wagering Facility Slot Machine Operations |
1(1) The slot machine licensee’s internal controls shall provide for screening of business entities supplying slot machine gaming related equipment and services, which shall include out-sourced general employment services, to the slot machine licensee or its affiliates including the following:
41(a) A reference check of the business entity from other gaming jurisdictions; and,
54(b) Ensure the business entity has obtained a current occupational license.
65(2) The slot licensee shall maintain a file for each business referenced in subsection (1) above that shall contain the following:
86(a) Documentation of the results of the reference check in subsection (1) above;
99(b) A copy of the current business license issued by the division;
111(c) A list of the business entity’s employees who require an occupational license pursuant to Section 127551.107(2)(a)3., F.S.; 129and,
130(d) A copy of each contract the slot machine licensee has entered into with the business entity.
147(3) Any business entity holding an occupational license shall:
156(a) Conduct pre-employment screening referenced in subsection 16361D-14.059(2), 164F.A.C., for any employee that would be required to obtain an occupational license referenced in Rule 18061D-14.005, 181F.A.C.; and,
183(b) The documentation required by this subsection shall be maintained in an office of the business entity located in this state or with a registered agent of the business entity located in this state.
217(4) Any business entity holding an occupational license shall maintain a file for each of its employees, in compliance with subsection 23861D-14.059(3), 239F.A.C.
