1Each licensee or registrant shall maintain, for inspection by the Department, the following documents and records for the specific devices and sources used at the field station:
28(1) Appropriate license or certificate of registration;
35(2) Operating and emergency procedures;
40(3) A copy of these regulations;
46(4) Records of the latest survey instrument calibrations pursuant to Rule 5764E-5.1103 58and Part III, F.A.C.;
62(5) Records of the latest leak test results pursuant to license conditions;
74(6) Quarterly inventories required pursuant to Rule 8164E-5.1105, 82F.A.C.;
83(7) Utilization records required pursuant to Rule 9064E-5.1106, 91F.A.C.;
92(8) Records of inspection and maintenance required pursuant to Rule 10264E-5.1109, 103F.A.C.; and
105(9) Survey records required pursuant to Rule 11264E-5.1116, 113F.A.C.
