64E-5.1201. Radon Requirements and Enforcement

Effective on Monday, December 9, 1996

1(1) This part establishes rules, requirements and procedures for the certification of radon measurement and mitigation specialists, technicians and businesses, and the protocols for mandatory measurements.

27(2) The General Statement of Policy and Procedures for Radon Enforcement Actions January 1993, which is available from the department and which is incorporated herein by reference, will be used to determine enforcement actions.
