65C-15.029. Services to Adoptive and Birth Parents

  • 1(1) The child-placing agency shall provide adoptive services in accordance with Rule Chapter 65C-16, F.A.C.

    16(2) If a child-placing agency pays, directly or indirectly, for a pregnant female to come to Florida for the purpose of placing the child, when born, for adoption with the agency, then the agency shall be responsible for returning the female to the state of origin, if she wishes to return, immediately after she is able to travel. If the mother decides not to place the child with the agency for adoption, then the agency shall be responsible for returning the mother and child to the state of origin, if the mother wishes to return, immediately after the baby is ready to travel.
