65C-15. Child-Placing Agencies |
1The agency shall keep records for each adoptive family which shall contain:
13(1) 14All documentation required pursuant to Rule 2065C-16.005, 21F.A.C.
22(2) 23The application for adoption;
27(3) The adoptive home study;
32(4) A copy of the information given to the parents concerning the child or children to be placed for adoption with them;
54(5) Summary containing the placement decision, pre-placement and post-placement contacts with the family and the adoptive child, including services provided to stabilize the placement and decisions regarding finalization of the adoption; and,
86(6) All legal documents pertaining to the adoption.
