68E-27.011. Enforcement

Effective on Tuesday, September 30, 1975

1The enforcement of the provisions of this subsection of this rule shall be administered by the Commission or its agents and may be coordinated with and may be in conjunction with any and all other state and federal agencies exercising jurisdiction over the sanitary practices of the seafood industry covered herein.
