1The following stated penalties shall apply for violations of the following provisions of the Florida Insurance Code:
18(1) Section 20624.318(2), F.S. 22– suspension for 3 months.
27(2) Section 29626.112(2), F.S. 31– suspension for 3 months.
36(3) Section 38626.112(8), F.S. 40– suspension for 3 months.
45(4) Section 47626.311(4), F.S. 49– suspension for 3 months.
54(5) Section 56626.311(6) F.S. 58– suspension for 6 months.
63(6) Section 65626.331(2), F.S. 67– suspension for 3 months.
72(7) Section 74626.342(1), F.S. 76– suspension for 3 months.
81(8) Section 83626.341(1), F.S. 85– suspension for 6 months.
90(9) Section 92626.441, F.S. 94– suspension for 6 months.
99(10) Section 101626.451(6), F.S. 103– suspension for 3 months and an administrative fine of not less than $1,500.
118(11) Section 120626.471(2), F.S. 122– administrative fine of not less than $1,000131.
132(12) Section 134626.536, F.S. 136– administrative fine of not less than $1,500 145for the first violation, and suspension for 3 months for the second and subsequent violations.
