69G-20.035. REPORTING SAFE DEPOSIT BOX CONTENTS

1Safe deposit box contents must be reported to the Department of Financial Services, Division of Unclaimed Property, by submitting a completed Form DFS-UP-155, Safe Deposit Box Inventory Form of Property Presumed Unclaimed, effective 08/2022, which is hereby incorporated by reference and available at: 44https://fltreasurehunt.gov/UP-Web/sitePages/ReportUnclaimedPropertyHR.jsf under the Remittance Information tab; 50or on the following link: 55https://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref-1461657.
