9B-69.009. Contracts (Transferred)

Effective on Tuesday, July 25, 2000

1The Department shall, following the determination of applicants to be funded, enter into a written agreement with the grant recipient outlining the scope of work to be completed. The agreement shall be signed and returned to the Department within 45 days of receipt of the agreement unless otherwise approved by the Department. Any withdrawn funds will be awarded to the next unfunded or partially funded applicant in rank order.
