NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on January 12, 2016, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation received a petition for Hallmark-Florida GP, LLC., requesting a waiver of paragraphs 67-21.003(8)(k) and (l) and Part C of the Non-Competitive Application Instructions, requesting to submit one Application and one Application Fee for a 24 Property Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Bond Portfolio.
