Notice is hereby given that the Florida Real Estate Commission has received a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed on behalf of Gustavo Serrano, on October 6, 2016. Petitioner seeks a declaratory statement regarding whether his business plan activities require him or his company to be licensed pursuant to Fla. Stat. 475.01(a) as a “Broker”. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
