NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support has received the petition for declaratory statement from Pasco-Pinellas Hillsborough Community Health System on September 28, 2017. The petition seeks the agency’s opinion as to the applicability of Pasco County Ordinance Article 2, Sections 38-28(2) and 38-41(b), as it applies to the petitioner.

Specifically, regarding the need for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCNC) the Petitioner wants to know if the Department’s EMS licensure requires a CPCNC from the County. Motions to intervene or requests for an agency hearing must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
