The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of R202, Florida Building Code, Residential, 6th Edition (2017) as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification about whether several proposed designs for elevated residential dwelling units would be classified as "townhouses" according to the Florida Building Code, Residential.
