The East Central Florida Regional Planning Council invites all qualified firms to submit a proposal for consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposals shall be accepted until 12:00 Noon (Eastern Time), on Friday, March 7, 2014.
