NOTICE OF CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the following changes have been made to the proposed rule in accordance with subparagraph 120.54(3)(d)1., F.S., published in Vol. 41 No. 224, November 18, 2015 issue of the Florida Administrative Register. The change is in response to comments stated by the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, in a letter dated November 30, 2015.
64B1-7.0025 Reactivation of Retired License.
A licensee may reactivate a retired status license subject to the following requirements:
(1) No change.
(2) Demonstrating satisfaction of the continuing education requirements of Rule 64B1-7.0015, F.A.C., (effective 5/1/13) – which is incorporated herein by reference and may be obtained from the Board office or at http://www.flrules.org/Gateway/reference.asp?No=Ref -06173 – for each licensure biennial period in which the licensee was in retired status.
