6M-4.620Health and Safety Checklists

The Office of Early Learning hereby gives notice: That on February 1, 2019, an Order was filed granting the request made by Assistant Director of City of Largo Recreation, Parks & Arts Department, for a waiver from the requirements of paragraph (2)(b) of Rule 6M-4.620, F.A.C., as it relates to the ratio of active credentialed staff within group size for school age children located in section 4, as established in Form OEL-SR-6202, School Readiness Program Health and Safety Standards Handbook, incorporated by reference in said subsection . The petition was filed with the Office of Early Learning on or about November 29, 2018. The Notice was published on November 30, 2018 in Volume 44, no. 232 of the Florida Administrative Register. The granting of the waiver will allow the purpose of the statute to be met while avoiding substantial hardship that would otherwise result.
