NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 22, 2023, the Board of Speech Language Pathology, and Audiology, received a petition for variance and waiver filed by Alicia Szilagyl. Petitioner seeks a variance or waiver of subsection 64B20-2.003(5), F.A.C., which requires a provisional license shall be valid for a period of 21 months from the date of issuance or until a license to practice Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology pursuant to Section 468.1185, F.S., is issued, whichever occurs first and Rule 64B20-5.005, F.A.C., which requires renewal of a provisional license.
