The Florida Housing Finance Corporation hereby gives notice: On June 11, 2020, the Florida Housing Finance Corporation issued an order granting a waiver from paragraphs 67-48.009(25)(d), 67-48.018(1)(c) and 67-48.023(1)(c) F.A.C. for VC Cathedral, LLC, to permit Petitioner to apply for Corporation funding for the Development in spite of the existing LURA. Florida Housing determined that the Petitioner had demonstrated that it would suffer a substantial hardship if the waiver was not granted. The petition was filed on May 11, 2020 and notice of the receipt of petition was published on May 12, 2020 in Vol. 46, Number 93 F.A.R.
