The Board of Cosmetology hereby gives notice that on June 10, 2014, it received what appeared to be a Petition for Declaratory Statement filed by Holly Bonk. The Petitioner does not state which Rule or Florida Statute she is requesting the Board’s opinion. However it appears the Petitioner is requesting clarification of the definition of “employed by a salon”.
Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
