The Construction Industry Licensing Board hereby gives notice:

Of the issuance of an Order regarding the Petition for Variance or Waiver, filed on April 14, 2017, by Fred R. Dudley, Esq., on behalf of Reinhard Alexander Schrott and Geoffery Chutter. The Notice of Petition for Waiver or Variance was published in Vol. 43, No. 81, of the April 26, 2017, Florida Administrative Register. Petitioners ask the Board for a variance or waiver from the requirement to demonstrate financial stability through obtaining a FICO derived credit score as set forth in Rule 61G4-15.006, Florida Administrative code and defined in Rule 61G4-12.044. The Board considered the instant Petition at a duly-noticed public meeting held on May 12, 2017, in Jupiter, Florida. The Board’s Order, filed on June 29, 2017, granted the Petition for a Variance or Waiver finding that the Petitioners have established that applying the rule would create a substantial hardship or would violate principles of fairness.
