NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Board of Medicine has received the petition for declaratory statement from Shomika Patange. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 468.509, F.S., as it applies to the petitioner.
The Petition dated July 5, 2019, request that the Council provide a declaratory statement as to whether Petitioner qualifies for preceptorship to participate in completing 900 hours in order to become eligible for Florida license as a Dietician/Nutritionist since the college she graduated from was not a nationally accredited university at that time. Except for good cause shown, motions for leave to intervene must be filed within 21 days after publication of this notice.
