NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Florida Building Commission has received the petition for declaratory statement from Fire Alarm Systems & Security Inc. The petition seeks the agency's opinion as to the applicability of Section 909, Florida Building Code, Building (2010) as it applies to the petitioner.

Petitioner seeks clarification as to whether a separate Graphic smoke control panel is required by section 909.
